This is a emulator for playstation image files and playstation cd's(not tested with pirate/backup games )just unzip the rar folder using winrar and start playing games from image files or ps1 cd'sno plugins needed as sound and video plugins are built inall files you need included (ALL BIOS FILES ) thanks to farscape256 for themthis emulator is the best i have used much better than epsxe smooth video and sound(unlike epsxe jumpy/slow/missing sound FX)boots up like a normal ps1no games includedworks on windows vistasystem tested onintel celeron M 1.73ghz, 2 GB ram 256mb intel 945GM graphics card ,,windows vista ultimate.
YOU NEED DIRECT 9 OR HIGHER TO USE THIS EMULATORthat will fix the missing d3dx9_26.dll file message.
you will need to set location of memory cards to do this click flie then config and memory cards tab memcard files are in the card folder that the emulator comes in.
